if mine ever stuffs up im making sure im getting mine back. People these days dont thake care of there ****. It would probably come back with cheetos and gum stains all over it.

Sounds like a good idea. I received my delivery confirmation from AusPost, but doesn't hurt to call them hey? 
I'll have to try on Monday. I think they've already closed today ...

I got my PS3 last week and if something goes wrong with it I'm just taking it back to eb games.

i argued with some poor innocent sony support staff several times. i was furious (and still am) about having to wait 20-25 business days. Microsoft quotes 5-10 days turn around.
in regards to condition of unit returned. it is immaculate. the outer shell is brand new with that clear plastic protective stuff stuck to it (peeled off now).
now i'm trying to sort out why i cannot sign into playstation network with old details. i've lost all my online content from COD4 (lvl 47) and rainbow six.
bloody hell......
