Hey, well I have just been playing it and all I can say its ****** amazing!!!! Had to come on here to tell you all and also get my 4th beer 
If I was offered sex right now, I would have to pass it down as this game is just that damn good.
Here is my small but 110% accurate review -
GTA IV - Better then SEX
Rating - 11/10 WTF?? yes its that good
How to make it better? Drink beer while playing
I have also not allowed my PS3 to connect to the net while playing just to be safe.

To me that sounds like total BS.
"They" can’t just ban someone’s PSN account if that person legally acquires GTAIV outside of Australia, that just sounds stupid.
That’s what I would call a half ass attempt at a deterrent.

thing is, its not legally aquired. he has got it before the release day. doesn't matter who's fault it is, its illegal and they probably have every right to ban accounts.

They probably don't even need 'the right' to ban accounts. It's their service and i'd guess they can do what they want with it legally. It's like those 'manager reserves the right to refuse service' signs you see sometimes.
