Ahh these street dates suck. This always happens, some people get the game early, post videos all over the place, spoilers ahoy.. and the people who wait patiently for the street date get shafted by all this leakage and frustration.
Just sell the friggin game... it annoys me that a select few out there have the game already.. and what's with a Tuesday? A day I and most of the population world-wide have to work the next day? why not a friggin friday or saturday.
I say friggin alot. 
Yeh but I guess we all know it's a good marketing ploy, that's what it's about and i guess it makes you want the game more, not less.

FYI, DVDCrave have a tendency to do this. They've release titles early on purpose. My belief is that they get them and send them out until they're told otherwise. They did it with Halo, the 360 and PS3 console, and other titles.

The whole idea of the game is to complete challenges and avoid cops.
Shouldn't that be harder than walking up to a cop car and basically just taking it. A cop should put up a bit of a fight IMO particularly if you being chased by them at the time
