The goty has a just an extra quest/map called Shivering Isles, but has a huge bug on the game, which makes the game allmost unplayable.
The normal edition of the Oblivion doesnt have that bug.
The Oblivion normal edition itself is soo huge and vast, u have sooo much to do, you dont even need Shivering Isles.
I have played and finished the pc version so i know, shivering isles aint worth it.
You can still download shivering isles expansion pack from psn i think, if u soo want to.

u can take the oblivion, i take the cod4, u play it and finish it, i get bored with the multiplayer/buy my own cod4, and then u can return it back.
and thats not just for this game, but any game i or u buy.

i could do with knowing som1 in melb and trading games with him...

this wud help us in buying games too,
say, we both want some 2 games to play... u buy 1, i buy 1, we finish the games, and then swap... like next door neighbr frndz do ...

i think thats a better idea for now as well as the long run.
P.S - am a sucker for rpgs, and The Elder Scrolls is one of my FAAAVE series.

the bug in the goty version is...well did u ever play as a vampire ?
convert yourself into a vampire...dont heal yourself, and then get vampiric powers.in normal game, u can use da advantages of the vampire, when reqrd, and then convert back to human doing a quest. coz npcs wudnt like to talk to vampires, nor wud they like to see u feeding on others...
in goty, that quest doesnt work...so once u r a vampire...u r stuck.
and if u say whats bad in being a vampire...well at one point, u cant go out of yor house at daylight...sunlight will damage u

and npc shops are ONLY open in the morning
