I hope so, though when you read the bottom of the pdf online, it clearly states that they reserve the rights to modify the list at any time, that's where my fear factor kicks in.

I guess on Thursday, I will just check out the JB HI FI exclusion list and see if they have updated it. If they haven't, then I will go and trade in NBA 2k8 and Ratchet and Clank for MGS4

yea because uncharted was on sale @ $40. nevertheless, since there's over a dozen games @ $49 which arent on the list, it makes me nervous - will c how it goes I guess

Yep got mine Getting a free DVD as well.. dont know what it'll be, maybe the making of, but whatever - its all good. The poster is awesome though - its a pretty decent sized one too.

Heh that makes 2 of us keeping our beady eyes on the list. My worry is that I'll rock up to JB tomorrow and the guy will whip out a copy saying 'this is updated today'. ouch.
