As soon as you start go a little down the left hand side, tranq the two frogs in front of you, head a little further while looking up slightly, wait for the next two frogs to jump to your level, tranq them, head a little further to where the corridor your in opens up a little and two more frogs will wonder into your sights, tranq them too. While making sure to stay out of the gekko's line of sight continue down the left hand side till you get to a round piller against some boxes. Hug the piller and squeeze between it and the boxes. Being very carefull not to be seen by the gekko, make your way further down the left hand side. Soon the final 2 frogs will show them selves. Tranq them. There is a patroling gekko here so time your movements carefully to get to the final piller. make your way to the door but dont go to far as another gekko will land in front of you. Double back to where you were just hiding and wait for it to get itslef blown away. Make your way to the corner of that piller so you can see the patroling gekko. Once it turns to leave, sneak your way to the door and start slamming the triangle button. DONE. It's been over a week since I've played MGS and I wrote this from memory, so it might not be exact.
