I've got a 5 year old who plays GTA IV and Saints Row, every time he plays I remind him that this is only a game and you don't do it in real life etc etc etc same with my 13 year old and he's a well rounded kid. Unfortunately there are a lot of useless parents out there who don't talk to their kids the correct way.

Yeah i know what you're saying. this day an age, the industry seems to be dominated by adult games, especially when it comes to the PS3 and 360 consoles. Finding a decent platformer these days is getting difficult compared to last gen when Jak & Daxter, Sly Raccoon, Crash Bandicoot etc etc dominated the younger audience. Personally though, the more adult games the better imo

what bothers me the most are the parents that dont even care they just buy the game and let them do whatever they want, then when they see there kid on the news for a crime they blame it on the game that is stupid

That's write hughman the write thing to do is to talk to your kids if you buy one of tthese games for them and now that there's a limit for how far you can take the game, like for example if your kids started pretending because your a father I would like to know what would you do if they started acting the game. Me of course I play GTA since gta 1 till now and I know that im not gonner ust feel like going on a killfreanzy

no no
m15 is just the average rating in aus for movies, games etc.
we dont have like NC17 or anything
is goes G (all ages) PG (parental guidance reccomended) M (15 years or older recommended accompanied by an adult) MA (which is like the same as M but if you wanna buy an MA movie or see one at the movies you MUST be accompanied by an adult guardian. then R (restricted 18 years and older) but like if parents feel that their kids are old enough to watch these movies or play these games then thats their choice
btw the R18 rating only applies to movies. games go up 2 MA

I try not to play games such as FEAR in front of my 4 and 5 year old but I will play mgs4, Can anyone suggest some ps3 really great PG or not so blood games? ones I can play in front of kids (when there not in bed)
