Batman Forever anyone? Harvey Dent / Two-Face is alive in this film, allied with The Riddler. My opinion is that the memorial service was just a commemoration to preserve Harvey's image as Gotham's "white-knight". I assure you, if there's another movie he will be in it. Animated series, previously released Batman movies, comics, etc. all prove that he is still kickin' it.

just got back...and yeh it was awesome..
i actually went into this blind (apart from official clips etc) so a few things surprised me
- batman choosing harvey
- rachel dying...didn't really see that coming, but it set up harvey being so pissed at batman well
- harvey dying, was really expecting previously mentioned hatred of batman to lead nicely into bats 3...
- batman becoming pretty much a fugitive (although i did have an inkling it might end up like that part way through)
- fox resigning
thing that didn't surprise me
- heath being awesome
my favourite moments all reside around the joker
- his 'magic trick'
- nurse joker and the faulty explosives
- when batman was interrogating him
i'd give it 9/10 i think, but heath a 10/10



Few things there,

- Batman chose Rachel - but the Joker sent him to the wrong address to get Harvey instead (i didnt realise this either until later)
- Harvey didnt die... he was knocked out at the end... thats why Batman chose to defend his image to try and keep him in the public's good books
- Fox said he'd resign if the computers remained, and so when he typed his name in at the end and the computers blew up he knew he wouldnt have to resign cause Bruce knew all along it was only a one-of

i'm still not sure about harvey...i thought that the 'funeral' was maybe like a coverup so that 'harvey dent' as far as gotham knows is dead. Ie if two-face shows up later on there will be like a clear distinction between the two for the public.

I think Bruce will pay to help Two-Face recover in secret, only for him to resent Bruce's help and still be pissed at him about Rachel.

and that makes sense about fox...i did think of it like that...lol
