...with most of these thread being social.

Other individuals create threads like...
the biggest EMO in the world! or
jambi is foolish
...or similar with most threads ending up locked because they are useless or end up way off topic in a flaming match.

AND there was one individual, whom i wont name, who kept continually going off topic flaming the 360 and emos??? in every thread.

...and now here "I" am having to generate a new account like some people (whom id rather not name or align myself with), which i really did not want to have to do.

Can an admin with some sort of dimplomacy maybe look into what has happened here because this is truely a remarkable decision to have myself banned when in many posts i had clearly stated that the individual (who hasnt been banned and has locked 5 threads for misuse), should remain on topic for the good of the discussion.

I would appreciate it if my other account was not suspended any longer.

On a side note though I think the admins are doing their best guys and obviously can't keep everyone happy, but I do genuinely feel this is a good community and enjoy coming to myps3 over the other mysites.

Certain members are allowed to run a muck for days at a time, then just get banned, re-create a new account and start the crap all over again.
This issue needs to be addressed ASAP, surely the Admin's are aware of IP ban's on these forums..or are they not possible for some reason? Most people have broadband these days so an IP ban would rid these forums of such people for good.

I would have to agree with what grey_fox has said, i frequent these boards atleast once a day and in the past few weeks have not seen anything from his "primary" account that should warrent a ban.

The more senior Admin really need to step in here as they have appeared to be absent for quite some time.
