Well if my government prevents me from doing the right thing and purchasing this title, i will have to get it some other way.

It's about time the OFLC (or at least one member in particular) got serious about video games, giving them the respect they deserve! To be classified in conjunction with all other form's of media with a rating system that doesn't exclude us people over 18 years of age.

The fact the at 32 years of age I am told by my government that I am not legally entitled to play a game with content as borderline as fallout 3 really ****es me off. It's a backwards step for Australia and a breach of our rights that criminal convictions can apply if we play this game that is perfectly legal in every other country but our own.

Banned mean you cannot own it, refused classification means you cannot buy it, here.

People will find a way to get it in aus on PC for free over the net and can't see customs stopping that.

banning this game is going to hurt the developer the most, it's been released on PC, and we all know how easy piracy is on computers, can you imagine how many people will download it when they can't buy a copy here, or import one.

I support the developers and don't pirate, but come on, we all no most people won't

So i suggest that if anyone decides to order games from overseas that are considered illegal here, DON'T ORDER MORE THAN ONE COPY... thats just my advice as I got DarkSector about 4 months ago and there was no problem with that...
