Its been given an MA15+ classification, some cuts would have been made as its R rated everywhere else. The game is due out in October over here. Import and get the full uncut version

Yes, just get the Asian version, it has all english subtitles for western and japanese characters.

i got mine from playasia (apparently out of stock i heard) but some ebay stores have them in stock in AUS.... get asia version its in english so is the Manuel..

yes they speak english mate... they speak japanese sometimes but they have english subtitles for you to understand so yeah majority of game is in ENGLISH SPEECH

Nope not yet im up to episode where i have to re-unite bella with the mother and i will have time tomorrow to play it and get up to episode 9 then i will spoil it all over the forum tomorrow..i know im slow in playing it i have uni/ work to juggle at the same time so yeah tomorrow is a free day.....that eyes thing oh so crazy and the stupid cone head monster where you have to shoot it oh what a waste of bullets i just ran for it to the chimney smokey tower LOL.....
