He doesnt even talk to us (his friends) now, we're apparently "not good enough" and having a few drinks, watching a few movies and playing a few games once every fortnight is too "unhealthy and boring" He ignores us completely, but we're over him. If he breaks up with this girl and his life crashes down on him, we wont be there to support him, we will just point and laugh.

Elraro said: I'll admit, I started playing less video games upon hooking up with my girlfriend. But in all honesty, I think I just grew out of it. I used to play my games almost religiously but nowadays, its hard for me to play a game for more than 3 hours on end...and even then, when I finish the game I just don't feel the same satisfaction I did when I was single (and young, mind you).

But in saying that, I have picked up some other hobbies along the way such as music and painting Warhammer models. Surprisingly, my girlfriend approves of my painting hobby and encourages me to keep going at it. She's an arts n crafts freak so I guess it's only natural she think that way about the hobby.
