All you have to do is scope out the seller and their account and you will be right.

I have seen some people make real silly decisions back when the PS3 wasnt out in AUS yet, buying US & JAP versions of the consoles off ebay which were obvious fakes.

Just check the users feedback, and make sure they have lots of it, and that the descriptions and details of the product are accurate, and make sure there are pics to give you a clear idea of what you should be getting.

But the feedback is the most important factor, a feedback of say 96% is fine so long as there has been HEAPS of feedback left for the person, but if there has only been a few i'd steer clear.

Ebay is good for anything but High-end electronics.You would have to be stupid to hand over $1000+ dollars to someone you dont even know and cant even see the goods live and working..go to a shop spend the extra ,you will be safer in the long run.
