Armored Core 4 Review - 9/10

as i already said above,this game includes total customization to every detail of your robot from weapons,armor, ETC...
the story mode levels are divided into chapters,usually u unlock different parts,generators and such at the end of each level.robots are built in a mode called ACSIS "Armored Core System Integration System" in which you build them. the body of the armored core is divided into six main parts which are the "Head" which is the head part of the armored core, "Core" which is the upper body or chest, "Arms" which are the arms of the armored core, "LEGS" which are the legs of the armored core, "Generator" which is the main power source of the armored core, "FCS" (Fire control System) which is a system inside the armored core making it deal with certain weapons better than other weapons.each body part has it's own armor and strength.
building armored cores is very tricky as u must consider the weght and power usage of each part. the bigger and stronger the legs are,the more heavier parts they can hold.while generators are heavy,they must be chosen accordingly,so if you don't use alot of power,you wont need to put a big generator.
weapons are put into 7 main parts in the armored core,in both arms,2 on the back and one on the shoulder,and two in the hanger,in the arms mean that the armored core is simply holds a weapon in each hand,on the back means that two heavy weapons can be mounted on the AC's back,the shoulder weapon is put on both shoulders but they are treated as one weapon,finally hanger weapons are put in small hangers on the AC's legs so basicly,the hanger is a pocket in the AC's leg in which small weapons are put for backup in case the weapons run out of ammo.light weight robots tend to use rifles and machine guns while heavy ones use grenade launcher's and rockets.while laser rifles and laser blades are strong,they use a lot of energy.
one of the most important things for these robots is the boosting systems.they are equiped with boosters in order to fly and dash quickly.
you can actually design logos and symbols and then put it on ur AC.

in most games,there are some kind of stats or skill points that boosts abilities which u earn,in this game it is memory for your AC's system which boosts his abilities in many different ways.
after all this you can finally take your robot to the high speed combat grounds of the game,most the time the sky will be covered in rockets and missiles so u have to be evade alot. the game also has very intresting graphics and audio.
in my opinion,this is one of the best games ever made.
