Return of a legend - 10/10
Lets start with a story: Eggman is up to no good again. this time, he plans to steal something called "the falmes of disaster sealed away in a young princess named elise. but sonic wont let that happen. as you play the game, you begin to know the truth about the flames if disaster known as Iblis, and the new villain, Mephilis the dark as you progress through the three stories (Sonic the Hedgehog, Shadow the Hedgehog, and newcomer Silver the Hedgehog.
now on to gameplay: great speed and fantastic story. each story has a different theme to it. Sonics story is all about speed. the ever so awsome Ultimate Life Form Shadow is all for speed and vehicles (no guns, unlike his own awsome game.) and Silvers story is all about strategic puzzles, no speed.( but his run is the coolest) like in the first Sonic Adventures, there is an overworld that you can explore.
the Music is also awsome. fit for the next generation
now about the graphics. one word: awsome.
now for the part i dread, the negative problems of this game: the camera is not up to date, but you dont use it so much so its not important. due to the Ps3s God Awfle load times, it takes about 15 seconds to wait during the loading times. but thats for every other game on the Ps3 as well.
thats about all the bad things.
now to rate it:
graphics: 9/10
gameplay: 8/10
music: 10/10
story:10/10
characters:9.5/10
camera:5/10
total game: 10/10

hey, the load screen is just as bad in most any ps3 game

I haven't played too many sonic games of late and was thinking of renting this one. You seem to have given this a very good rating, so maybe it's worth a go.
