Spiderman-3 - 7/10
Spiderman-3 is a fun enjoyable game that will take a long time to finish. There are over 45 missions that you have to complete and also a number of different activities. There’s ten different storylines to play through. You will run into many villains including Sandman, Venom and also the New Goblin. Much like the other Spiderman game, the list of villains doesn’t end there. Also Spidey will bring out his new black revenge suit.
The Spiderman movie ties itself well with the game as there is many of the key story arcs from the movie. The best aspect of the game is definitely swinging through the busy streets of New York. You can swing through past the building watching cars drive past. As you swing through the city you will find open missions scattered throughout the city. Side missions are worth doing as it changes pace of the story. Luckily you can see where these are by looking at the map. The story itself goes for about 10-12 hours long including random chases helping the police out.
The only bad thing I can say about this game is the camera angle. When you run around in a circle to attack an enemy, the camera doesn’t know when to snap around so you have to keep constantly readjusting. It is like the camera freaks out and you lose sight of the enemy. Also when you’re crawling up and down the walls you don’t know where you are. You may fail some missions because of this.
This game is very entertaining and I highly recommend it. The camera may seem dodgy but you will get used to it. If you love games like Marvel, Fantastic 4 and Transformers, this is definitely the game to buy.
