Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 - 10/10
Where to start with this game. well the first mission is a training mission, and that was enough to blow my socks off, with great visuals and gameplay, it explains how too use the many ways in the game to locate enemies, and nutralize them.
you team-mates are amazing, if you really wanted to you could have them do all the fighting and you don't even need to fire your weapon. they are smart too, if they are in a a place where the cover isn't great, they will move to a place that better suits who they are shooting at or what they are trying to take cover from.
visuals are amazing, the explosions are extremly realistic when you look at them aswell as the sound. i cannot find a fault in the gameplay and i am not just saying this, its true, it runs so smoothley it's unbeleivable. one example of this would be when i was running down a path and i see some enemies, i run to the nearest cover, do a slide and take cover behind a wall. after that i peak over the wall to see how many enemies i am facing, then i pull my rifle up over the cover and and aim them up in my scope, i take out two of them, and miss 1 who runs to cover (cause im a newbie). i pull up my M9 pistol and run to where the enemies have taken cover and take them out using about half a clip, then i reload and change back to my primary weapon, and all this is in an extremly smooth motion, it is unbeleivable.
there are a few litle gadgets aswell that are pretty cool. one is the MULE, which is a remote controlled vehicle that transports equipment, so i can change weapons at any time when the mule is availible. the other is the UAV which is very usefull for scoping out an area so you know where the enimies are and where the best place is for you team mates to take cover, and eventually open fire and waste em' all.
there is this really awsome sniper rifle that shoots a massive .50 caliber round that goes straight through wooden or metal boxes and sanbags, the enemies dont hav a chance.
another level includes getting on a massive chain gun and just letting loose on enemies and vehicles below, its awsome fun.
chooing your team mates is a great concept, you can either choose a sharpshooter, a medic, a granadeer, or a gunner, depending on the mission news givin before each mission to help you make the right decisions.
i hav not found any flaws in this game as yet, like any game there may be some, but i just can't see them at this point.
so that is my review after playing the first 2 or 3 levels, i havnt touched on multiplayer yet as that is not really my thing at the moment, but no doubt i'll get into it. any more questions, dont hesitate to send me a message.
It is obviouse that after playing Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2, withought a doubte, next generation gaming is here in full force!!
