Well for now there is no difference apart from a bunch of trailers (Gundam Musou, Sonic & VF 5) as well as some promo items for the Sonic game that you can purchase... but trust me, you want to check all the stores on Fridays (Sony's Update Day) since I think this Friday trhe Japanese Store will be getting a Demo of Hot Shots Golf 5, but US will have to wait for it for a while... In fact that's what I had to do with Ridge Racer 7, I d/led it from the HK Store about 3 weeks before it hit US... Same demo and it was in English too!
