There is no difference in picture quality between the two; they both have HDMI out, Component etc, and run at 1080p/i, 720p/i, 480p/i etc etc

The 20gig has different features to make it cheaper & for people who don't want the extra stuff. It can go online like the 60gig can as they both have gigabit ethernet ports.

check out the official mini site of the ps3 and then go psp and ps3 connectivity, it states it there

Alrighty... So much stuff has been said on here that's been somehow "warped" from reality:

20GB Model has ALL the features of the 60GB Model excluding these:

- No Chrome Trim at the front and the lettering "playstation 3"
- No built in WiFi (you can still use a USB WiFi adapter to connect your PSP as well as USB Cable).
- No additional memory card readers (doesn't have an SD or CF Card Reader)
- It's 20GB instead of 60GB (dUh)

Apart from this, everything else is THE SAME. Both are capable of 1080p output, both can use HDMI & Component...
