Mine took 54 days after getting the tv mid Jan and sending in the redemption immediately. Rang the number and sequence quoted by Camlew2 above and kept getting the "dead zone" no answer a number of times. It wasn't until I rang the number again and selected the retailer option that I finally got through to someone. He quoted me another 2 weeks until delivery due to stock shortage. Received the PS3 about 4 days after that call.

which is the retailer option? as none of the options say "retail". if u remember

Update on the phone number. I dialled the PS3 redemption number 1800 882 170 and select Option 1. Option 3 sent me nowhere but I actually got to talk to someone in Option 1.
