My mate is willing to sell me 2 games and i wanna know if its worth it.
Resistance: $40
and
Need for speed Pro Street: $40
So $80 for both.
Is it good? should i take it?
They are used aswell but in perfect condition.

Don't get Pro Street, it is pathetic.
But $40 for Resistance is a good price, seeing as shops sell it second hand for around $80.

Go to EB games for RFOM. SOME stores sell it second hand for $25. My mate got his in perfect condition. The store i went to also gave it to me for $25 but had no official game cover, however they used a normal bluray cover but i don't - i just wanted the game. So always keep ur eyes peeled for good deals and sometimes try to haggle.

$25? Thats very cheap, the cheapest i have seen it in store was $76.95 second hand.

But for a crap game is 40 bucks cheap? my mate needs the money for gta so should i still buy it or just stick with resistance?

Yeah, it is pretty horrible.
It is really up to you, if you are a hardcore NFS fan, you may get some fun out of it, but no guarrantees.

Has he tried to trade the games for cash? JB-HIFI do and i know that they give better returns than EB. Although i would still get a quote and compare around.
If you really want to help out your mate. Just buy the games of him play them (til you think you got ur moneys worth) and then sell them or trade them as i said. In that way ur mate gets money for GTA, you get to play a couple of games and in the end if you trade them or cash them in..you never know you might end up losing just a little. I think JB also do the 2 games for one (new (specially marked, tradeable)) game deal.
