It is the same person, he's over at My360 as well. This would be his third or fourth account, and he's always going over the same bull****. An IP ban won't change anything. You've got a different IP every time you log in to the internet.

Im not presuming anything.. I have emailed and been emailed by some members about his behaviour and apparently he is a close mate of an admin here.. So thats the reason why he never gets a ban! When hed be first in line in my eyes!
