you can buy it off the itunes music store if you want or if your too cheap to get it from there im sure you could get it from "other" places if you wanted

yeh the beta will be an open one at the end of the year. what i have heard is that the beta will be just put on the PS store for every one to download and play for free some time this year and then the full retial version will ship some time next year And the retail version will inculde the top ranked levels that are made in the open beta
