Saint's Row 2 is the sequel to the popular sand-box, free-romaing action title from THQ which hit the XBOX 360 in 2006.

We cant tell what the game will look like just yet Although, going by those graphics it looks very "The Sims-ish"

Its too early to tell about the graphics of either game. R.S could have sexed up their screen shots or there may be performance pay offs for the gta4 graphics.
Competition is important while i didn't think much of the 1st S.R, two player co-op through the entire story has me very interested in the sequel. I guarantee the next gta will include co-op, because it is the logical evolution for the genre.

saints row(1) was a great game for me when it came out because it was the first next gen in the genre. But now that GTAIV is on the horizon, I doubt I'll even pick up the case for a look.
I replayed GTA:SA for years after I finished it. SR has stayed in the rack since I finished the game.

It looks very San Andreas-ish 
So it could be good, but the graphics are a step down from GTA IV
