Don't get me wrong, GTA games are great, I'm a huge fan, and like most other Rockstar games too... But I don't know why people are THAT hyped about it when it is similar to all the others..
I know it's awesome, and it's one of the best games around... but I reckon it doesn't deserve the whole "OMG! BEST GAME EVAAAHHHH WOOO!!!!" type thing as much as a more innovative game, or something that brings a new experience.
It still does feel similar to the older ones, and we've done it all before...besides multiplayer of course, and different/better story etc.

None of the missions seemed to have that "over the top" flare that some of the earlier gta games had, and where the hell were the random killing spree power ups! I haven't seen them since vice city, which is still my favorite GTA.

The graphics, physics and ambiance of GTA4 really helped to draw you into the world. Its a shame about the storyline and lack of interest i had for the main character though. Rumours are already circulating that the next GTA will be nikko in San Andreas, I hope thats not true. I've been thinking lately a female lead character could be more interesting, sooner or later there will be a female lead in a gta game.
