it is not just an “upscaled” the detail is quite greater than the xbox port if you play them on a high def tv, the pace is much quicker too, n the xtra ps3 content is very worth it with new levels, new enemies n boss battles, alterations to every level, a new playable character with her own story n now download content, i've played both n even by the demo, ninja gaiden sigma is far far better n more than a lazy upscale, even if sigma was just the xbox version ported 2 ps3, it was still a bloody fine game n still worth the purchase.
