Can anyone help me out as to where i might be able to find a PAL game saved that can be used on a 60gb PS3,

I've only found a NTSC U.S game save so far on GameFaqs.com

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Announcement Coming Tonight

At 6:00 PM PST tonight, the countdown to TU4AR.com will expire and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 will be officially announced for the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
The mysteriously link appeared on an April 20th blog post from the Capcom-Unity website. The acronym TU4AR can be deciphered as Take You for a Ride, the theme song from the player select screen of Marvel vs. Capcom 2.

With the achievement list already leaked (which also confirmed online play) for the Xbox 360 version, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is all but confirmed at this point. So tune in on TU4AR.com when the countdown ends for the official announcement.

lol.. man you've revived a fairly old thread,
i ended up getting an old PS2 game save from gamefaqs and converting it to the ps3 format,
Which in itself was a mission,

I'm pumped about this though,
I wanted to use my tournament stick on the ps3 for this game as well as SF4 but it doesn't work in PS2 mode,

MvC2 should work like all the other PSN games (Street Fighter Alpha, MK and SSF2HD)

It's been long rumoured since it was given a rating back in October,
Awesome to see it's confirmed.

I just hope they don't charge too much for this when it comes out in May/June. Over $20 is a bit much imo, and it won't have any Trophies either. Now bring out Capcom vs. SNK!

If you have a US PSN account, you can grab the demo already! It only has local multiplayer though, no single player or online multiplayer, and basically feels the same as normal MVC2 haha.

Yeah, its more or less the same, and u can only play against a 2nd player, no computer. Still great fun, but if you have the ps2 version, its basically the same.

No worries. The PS2 one is a rare gem, and is still going for $70+. I don't think it'll ever get old, and is awesome fun with an arcade stick. Gotta love the Optic Blasts and Shinku Hadokens that fill up the whole screen with beams!
