I suppose you could say its sort of a word of mouth, I mention alot of names to the other admins that i feel deserve admin status, and most of the time all of us pretty much have to agree on that particular person for them to become admin. We put in the good word and sometimes i PM links of a thread made by a user to Roy and we take it from there

Alot of time we focus on the threads created, the popularity the thread is creating, the reviews, things like that also go into favour, oh and you must love Heavenly Sword
