It is not an easy job being admin, look at all the admins on the forum and the great jobs they have done; is it easy? I don't think so.

There is more to being an admin than the ban button and the badge. I hope members of this forum sign up to be involved in friendly discussions, meet new people and make new friends - not to become an admin.
