All it's saying is that LBP is nearly complete, and they're starting a public beta soon.
And also confirming again that GameStop gets the Kratos costume, Best Buy gets the Nariko costume.

I'd definitely assume so. Canada only gets the Kratos and Nariko costumes ... when they're bordering the US in North America ...
