Well it's not just the wii to have motion-sensing and I suppose you could include the ps3 sixaxis controller.

In2Games has announced that they are releaseing motion-sensing accessories for the ps2 games coming out.

There are six games announced but expect to see more added. Each game released will be wireless and has many similarities of the Nintendo wii. The games are:

1. Realplay Tennis
2. Realplay Pool
3. Realplay Golf
4. Realplay Racing
5. Realplay Bowling
6. Realplay Puzzlesphere

It is obvious that they are trying to get Sony turned Nintendo fans back to the Sony side by having the same sort of games.

Yeah the ps2 sold MILLIONS of units but I suppose they have done this not to help the ps2, but help the ps3 by people returning to Sony and Playstation and decide then to get a ps3

Hmm yeah I agree with not needing to do this as wii sports was fun for a while but the novelty wore off not too long afterwards! I thought the motion sensing was a great idea at first but now I just want to be able to play and enjoy games for the visuals and also not get a sore arm the next day! That's my opinion anyways!

I agree too, i mean i thought next generation gaming was about the games, visuals & gameplay. Innovative peripherals is all good, but it doesnt do enough alone to make it anything special i reckon.

. The only game that i really think is worth playing is Zelda Twilight Princess but then again you have to be into those sorta games to enjoy it. I think nintendo went the wrong way about the wii as the motion sensing doesnt really pickup your exact movements, just basically remaps the buttons on controllers with motion sensing.

Good point Sean my man!

The motion sensing was so frustrating at times ie: wii sports golf when putting, need I say anymore!

Oh and warioware smoothmoves when you have to hold the wii-remote in the palm of your hand and balance the broomstick geez that was 50-50 at best if it wanted to work properly! Well I'm not totally anti wii or anything as I still have mine but just PS3 FTW!! Is my opinion!

Thats exactly what i did, made PS3 and 360 my consoles of choice, i mean look at it this way, would you rather play Mario and Zelda? or MGS4 & gears of War? I hardly think that question requires thinking.

Its not that i hate it, but whats all the fuss about it? All i hear thats good about it or remotally worth mentioning is the motion sensing remote. I played it at a mates house and seriously could not believe what he was going on about. If the future is a magic wand that you wave at a screen, then count me out, because that future wont last another solid year in my opinion.

I don't know about you but I prefer to use a controller instead of waving the remote around because a) wouldn't you have less moves and b) your arm would be tired after 10 mins and c) this option is no longer referring to controllers anymore but it would just look better on PS3 or 360!

I think it was a smart move of Sony not to entirely base there console on one novelty like the Wii, because yeah atm its all fine, but this spells disaster in the long run, especially when you consider what the other superior consoles have in the long run. Price is the only thing keeping the Wii alive, and i think everyone knows that, release the PS3 or 360 with the Wiis price tag and there is no doubt in which console would be dominating.
