WARNING! This thread was designed for discussions about Uncharted 2, and the possibility of Uncharted 2 (and the possibility of Uncharted 3) ... so it may contain spoilers!!



The first thing I want to ask is ... why was Flynn was so willing to wipe out Drake etc for Lazarevic? I thought Flynn was only in it for the money, or the Cintamani stone for himself?

Jealously. Drakes the better man at everything fortune hunting, girls, luck etc... So he wants him out of the picture.

Well since it could be a spoiler (i don't know how) but on chapter 23 or 24 when your heading up the stairs in the tower where the cintimani stone is, right after you kill everyone in that big round room i walked up the stairs and the game froze. Did this happen to anyone else?

Well i hope not cause thats where im up too defending ourselves in that big room.

i think there is meant to be a comic or something that explains what happened between uncharted 1 and 2.

Towards the end after you beat Lazarevic and your running on the collapsing bridge, did anyone else keep getting blocked by the birds flying off it while your jumping and end up falling off the bridge as well?

Or was it just me I think i must of died 5 times that bit because of the birds

I was looking at how many treasures i got on each lvl. And one of the lvl i got 0 was the tank lvl 19 i think. And i thought i found none i was running for my life.

the comic is a prequel to uncharted 1

did everyone else pick up the nazi throughline they seem to be putting into these games?

UC1 - nazi's after el dorado, all massacred
UC2 - nazi's after shambhala/cintimani stone, all massacred

i wonder what else ol' hitler was interested in....

interesting thing to note, Hitler really did send a Nazi expedition into the Himalayas to look for Shangri-La in the hopes of finding some sort of ancient master race, the expedition was led by Ernst Schafer (sound familiar?) in 1938

Oh, the bit where Larazevic's men were fighting those mutated Shambala natives? Yea, that happened to me too ... except I was in the Pause Menu with the intention on making a manual save.

Thank god the autosave worked, because I had to restart my PS3 ...

happened to me as well. I was seriously freaked and it did it as I picked up treasure number 50! haha

my game didn't freeze at that point....didn't freeze at all

MMaC - perhaps U3 will see Nate off after the Ark of the Covenant? or somewhere in egypt....

actually something egyptian would be epic.....could you imagine climing to the top of one of the pyramids and looking out over the dunes?

and the bit in that storm drain thing with the rain and the thunder/lightning was just awesome...

i'll have a look around....

EDIT: keep an eye out here....lots of HD screencaps there....they seem to be going through each chapter...

the ending cutscene was pretty basic though, it really didnt tie up loose ends about marco polo and the boats. But chapter 26... Lol, that took a while.
