Thought so, Rockstar usually post gameplay pics and remove the HUD.
And the screenshots we have seen, i had a feeling that they were gameplay ones, simply becase in-game movie graphics would look better than that.

They wont, but they will probably add some gameplay, like they did with the others, but take away the HUD.
