Well im goin to get my hands on a circular saw this week see if i cant trim some hight off it to reduce the weight and wood used while keeping it nice... I was thinking of flat packing it. At most it would be packaged 600mmx1200mmx100mm im guessing the hight tho but i know the longest of the wood is 600mm wide and 1200mm long.
Id be curious as to the shipping costs involved to send it somewhere and also how to package it up.
It would be easy to include 'how to assemble' instructions... with a power drill i'd say no more than 30minutes to put together if everything was predrilled. The only part id be worried about is the 3mm mdf we used on the 'hood' as that would be the only tricky part as it has to be bent around the frame... we just pre drilled the holes then whacked the screws in.
