Sonic heroes had to be the most Disturbing game I have ever played Apart from the Bad gameplay the Consistant Phrases that popped up over and over again like "C'mon guys we can do it", "we can do it if we try" I mean do they rip this off Disney or something ?
P.S. I could go on all day but another thing is his crappy jokes during battles or something I mean is that another rip off of Spider-Man ?

That's more obnoxious than disturbing really.
Manhunt with the headset on... the guy actually talks through the headset and if you speak the baddies hear you... (not even mentioning the disturbing game that manhunt is)...

I havent played any really disturbing horror games or anything, but the part in MGS3 when u have to climb up the really long ladder and then u can hear a lady singing kinda freaked me out, especially coz I was playing it all alone at night in my room with the lights off

my most disturbing games would be system shock 2 and condemned, although dead space looks good as does project origin
Manhunt 2 never came out in aus, manhunt 1 is the game I was talking about, yes it supports the headset from Socom (the USB one...). What's freaky is the bit at the start... when you are released from the electrical chair, the announcer tells you to pick up the headset from the table (that comes from the speakers) and as soon as you put it on, he says "good" (or something like that) and the voice comes straight from the headset... now that's a game to play in a dark room at nite

i wouldn't say Condemned is all that disturbing, definitely creepy tho it did make me jump on more than one occasion. A game like the original Manhunt is more disturbing.

No disturbing is almost makes you want to vomit or just pretty much traumatises you. Scary is when you **** your pants.

Hmm, same thing to me.

Disturb:
upset somebody: to make somebody feel anxious or slightly troubled
Scare:
frighten somebody: to make somebody afraid or alarmed
Anyway, I've got a few horror games, and I'd have to say that they are all freaky. Although I have to admit that because RE gives so many weapons they don't freak me out that much.
Now the Project Zero games are freakier. Makes me feel so helpless, thus the reason they frighten and disturb.
