No, I doubt it’s Heavy Rain as it's developed by Quantic Dream, a French video game developer based in Paris, France. So if anything relating to it is to surface, then it will most likely premiere first in the European PSN, or even the North American one. So I reckon since this mysterious countdown is on the Japanese Playstation site, it’s probably a Japanese developed game or something; MGS4 would be a solid guess but then again this is only my speculation.
