and ppl still talking about that so called end of days...
hmmm lets see...possible causes which might lead to earth's destruction....
1. a massive volcano...
could happen, anytime, anywhere, there are soo many of those gigantic sleeping volcanoz ..
2. a huge flood from the ocean...
if theres a volcano, strong enuff, it can create huge waves..and low pressure areas..and hence fatal floods and cyclones and waves...aka tsunami.
3. solar storm....
quite possible with the rate of global warming we bringing in, but for that, it ll take some zillions of more years, not 4.
4. planetory collision...
naah, how ever fast the stars/planets and its broken peices may travel, an astronomer can find out a possible threat of collision hundreds/thousands years ago.
5.epidemic...
could be only possible if there is a war/huge natural disaster...like flood..
6.war....
ehm...no comments 
so here we go... lets jot down possible ways by which the "end of the world" can actually happen..instead of cribbing about a youtube video.
Btw, saw lots of ppl talking about nostradamus, many of his prophecies did come right... just a point there

So its 2012 2012 seems like a load of crap. I think our current normal calender and clock works fine as the weather lines up with the months relatively well every year. Its usually hot around Dec Jan Feb and cold around Jun Jul Aug .. EVERY YEAR.
So any other calender is seen by me and im sure others as utter garbage.

Can anyone really put any faith in such an exact date like dec. 21? does that take into account our current calender that has changed from julian date/roman/gregorian and whatever else? Remember there used to be 13 months and all this changed WAAY after the mayan calender was written or carved or scratched with twigs in excrement or whatever... But it does revolve around sunspot activity which could potentially excite a polar shift as previously mentioned, and the appearance of a 12th planet (research 'planet X' or 'nibiru' guys and gals.... btw. sunspot activity is on the increase, but my money is an each way bet
