I have 1mbit upload and 5mbit download. I think I tested it with up to 12 people and it was fine. So if you wanna play with more than 2v2 let me know. BTW, i will install 2.41 when i get home and join the clan. I'll add you guys here to my psn. We can then communicate with the new in-game XMB feature to set up the server.
