Thats correct, they vibrate the water molecules in the product, thus cooking from the inside out rather then normal ovens which use a process of heat transfer cooking from the outside in.

When you eat your microwaved food, those water molecules are still vibrating (caused by an un-natural source).

An experiment was done once. Using 2 sets of plants. Each day the plants would recieve water which was heated up then cooled down. 1 group had its water boiled on a cooktop, then cooled. While the other group had its water microwaved then cooled. All the microwave water plants had stunted growth if not death. There were actually many experiments like this, use google.

Eating disorders are generally not classified as a mental illness as they are a behavioral/cognitive issue. Same as people who get very stressed, very angry or very depressed.

The disorder itself is curable for all the people who seek help.
