well usually you would do it by bill express but they have gone "bankrupt"

but you can still do it by bank online transfer you will need 100 point identification to do that

just go into your local post office or 7/11 (im talking sydney, but other locations may vary) and ask for the pre paid visa. although you cant re load them they are sort of like psn cards, but you can use them anywhere. PS store friendly. availiable in 50 dollar or 100 dollar
