Hey guys,
not so much PS3 related lol, but I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the ExpressIT program they show on tv that guarantees you a job within 4 months. It sounds interesting and I am thinking of doing it after I finish my degree for a full on IT course. I took a look at the website and it looks alright.
So if you know anyone whos doing the program or has finished it, could you let me know. Or if you have anything to say about it. Im not sure exactly how much the program costs aswell, but a 100% job rate sounds pretty good.

Mate if youve got a computer related degree and you cant get the jobs that they guarantee, you would have to be pretty hopeless. Anyone with a degree could easily get an entry level job.
These courses are designed for people that dont have any qualifications or anything. You spent $xxxxx on your uni degree so dont waste any $$ on these courses

Don't buy into it, it's garbage.
The 100% job rate can be anything such as working in a call centre as a tech support or a typist. These short quick courses are just money making schemes for these private education institutions.

i dare say that if you've got your degree and a bit of pluck to ya you should have no problem landing a GOOD (get out of debt) job until your able to get one "in the industry". i'm not sure where else to look for videogame jobs besides gamasutra.com

Why would you need a backup if you have a degree? Your degree should be leaps and bounds more credible than doing one of those courses.
