What a lot of hassle that turned out to be.
Took it back to Target - explained it to them on the service desk (they soooo didnt get the whole PS3 able to play PS2 games tho).
Anyways coz it was opened - they said they need to check for scratches. I said cool coz I knew it was mint condition.
Then the lady on the service desk rubs some 'dust' off with her fingers!!!! Right in front of me!!!
She takes it to her supervisor - she reckons its scratched. I said well yeh it probably is now coz your Service Desk attendant just wiped the face of it with her hand!!!!!!
They called managers, etc, blah blah blah.
I got an exchange voucher. They wouldnt refund. Not 100% the best result but a hell of a lot better then not being able to return/exchange at all tho.
I seriously freaked when the lady rubbed the face of the disk with her hand eh. Could not believe it. Then they tell me its scratched!!!!!
