Rock band Review - 10/10
Graphics 8/10
The graphics aren't too good considering it is on next gen consoles,however,it runs on PS2's graphics.However,the graphics are made slightly better using the PS3's bluray function.
Sound 10/10
Considering this is a music game,sound matters a lot.With many great songs,which include "In Bloom" by Nirvana,"Learn To Fly" by the Foo Fighters,and "Enter Sandman" by Metallica,with over 75 other songs as well,plus there is downloadable song content via PSN,the sound is excellent.
Note:Most of the songs are very old.The newest one is probbably from 2001.
Gameplay 10/10
Very good,whether you are hitting pads on drums,button mashing and strumming on guitar/bass,or singing your heart out on mic.Once you finish all songs,you can do online play,or you can do it anytime as long as you have an ethernet cable or you can go wireless.You are able to play as a band,or go solo.Plus you can create your own character unless it is the PS2 version,but on PS2 GH and GH2 guitars work.This game is like a combination between GH and Singstar with an added expansion(the drum).
Note:The drums are extremely hard,so I would recommend them if you are
A.A hardcore music game fan or
B.play the real drums.
Conclusion:The game manages to live up to the hype,and just managed to get a 10/10.The only thing I hate about this game is the fact that it is on the 360,and will soon be ported to the Wii.However,it is on PS3 too and as a RB owner I gotta LOVE this game.

SUCKY GRAPHIC REASON REVEALED!!!The PS3 runs on PS2's graphics,but is made slightly better by the bluray feature on PS3.

I agree with GTADude, for a first review, there is nothing wrong with it, short, simple, precise and to the point, it gets my vote, weldone man Although i'll admit im not to keen on the singstar/rockband,guitar hero type games...probably because i cant sing for ****!

RB is a bit easier compared to GH3,but that is only if you are on easy or medium.By the way,this means you will succeed....in most songs anyway,and your friends will fail,however,the game rocks.And Vinzor,I will make the review say you can go wireless too,and try to make it a bit longer overall because of all the complaints about it being to short.And I own this game,played GH3 as well,and highly prefer this game.

yeah how does it compare to GH3, i was reading somewhere that the hardest setting on rock band is like playing hard on GH3 :/, if thats the case i'll prob just stick with GH3. but playing drums would be ok i guess xD
