Summary:
Pixel Junk Racers is a simple slot car racing experience available only on the Playstation Store!
With fantastic gameplay ability, music that can really get you going and provides great opportunity to invite your mates over for a play.
Graphics:
When playing Pixel Junk Racers, the whole game is viewed in a 2D birds eye view.
This may sound chessy now but once you sit down and play Pixel Junk the 2D view is great!
High Detail tracks are shown with stunning views of some fatal crashes and amazing slipstreams.
Gameplay:
This game consists of 30 fun filled game modes including: Sunday Drivers and Fireball Frenzy.
In each game mode you are required to race around multiple tracks completing the games set instructions like weaving other drivers or crashing as many cars as you can.
Never become bored of the one game mode just jump back to the menu and choose a different one, with all new controls and difficulties, tracks and stages.
Music/Audio:
The Music/Audio of a game is what defines it's attractivness. If a game has poor sound effects and bad music then a player will tend to be annoyed by the game and not enjoy their gaming experience.
Pixel Junk has quite fun music to it and is proven to catch your attention very often. The music can become very interactive causing players to hum along during their gaming experience. The sound effects of the game also excel quite well. Once a crash is comenced the sound effects are not too realistic but this is to the advantage of making the crash sound funny and make the player laugh before continuing their play.
Rating:
This game deserves 5/10 because of it's great Music/Audio, Gameplay ability and Graphics.
Although its popularity isn't so thunderstruck nearly all players have not enjoyed its crashing graphics.
Price:
Pixel Junk Racers full version game costs $6.99 on the US Playstation Store.
I reccommend this game to be quite entertaining for the cheap price it requires.
Demo Version also available on US Playstation Store.
