Gday all, I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem with warhawk: suddenly it freezes, the music is still going, but you cant press PS button to quit game or turn the PS3 off.

The only way I can get out of the game is by holding down the power off button, and when the machine powers off it makes 3 "beep beep beep" noises, is this causing damage to the system in anyway?

yes..... my friend i have had this problem around three to 4 times, but after that i havent. its annoying and i dont think you can caus damage to the system, well my ps3 is fine i have bluray version. i do get the ladder glitch aswell

its sort of common with a lot of world wide users, and hopefully the patches will fix it. its a bug

I thought turning off the PS3 at the main switch when the machine was still running can possibly cause damage?

im not lying, my mate told me that so i never tried swithching it off like that and i said also "i think" not "i know" as my mate told me...
