Normal give it 2 week (10 days minus weekends).
Express or their next speed 1 week (should be 3 - 5 days).

With the exception of the Japanese and maybe some others I can't think of most Asian countries (Like Hong Kong) are PAL.
...and yes it's a controller it'll work anywhere lol they aren't region locked

Also ordered Uncharted for $78 AUS shipped, so hopefully get that before the australian release, but even if not it's a savign of ~$20
