u take blue one out, then once u got hardrive out, u need to take it out of the metal case which u undo the 4 screws.

Have you ever done it because you certainly don't know what you're talking about? The blue screw has to come out initially to remove the hard drive, but to replace it there are four screws you need to take out of the hard drive caseing before it will slide out.
Lefty loosen (anti-clockwise) and make sure you apply plenty of downwards force before you start turning or you'll ruin the screw and your chances of ever getting it out otherwise.

um just my 2 cents but left hand threaded bolts nuts and plumbing do turn up, one common example is dual wheel axle,s on trucks.
