Thats cool man , pretty good job I reckon, if you were in Melbourne Id be trying to bribe you into maiking me one with a few slabs

How did you get the wheel working on Burnout Paradise ? I couldnt get it working, the game seems to recognise the wheel is there because the wheel turns when the game starts but I couldnt find the option to change from sixaxis to wheel or do I need to start the game with the sixaxis turned off ????

I'm also wondering how you got the wheel to work with Paradise... also seems to recognize the wheel, but no setting in game, rather strange as the wheel works fine with all ps2 burnouts and even other ps3 games...

Thanks guys we had a blast making it... We stuffed around alot, as we just made it on the fly we had no plans to go off or anything lol. Walked into bunnings looked around the timber section and just guestimated what we'd need to make one lol.

Im amazed u cant buy these in a flatpack from Ikea... If you had plans to follow you could build this in 2-3 hours. We started at 5.30pm and were done an racing by 9.00pm.

If anyone wants some plans i can measure up what we did an post em.

We used
- 1200x900x16MDF x 2
- 1800x600x32Particle x 1
- 1800x450x32Particle x 1
- 1200x900x3MDF x 1

- 20 small L Brackets
- 100 short screws
- 50 long screws
- 3 plastic cable holders for keepin cables out of the way
- 2 large L brackets

Total Cost $90 I think... we went twice $80 the first trip, $9.95 the second trip. Im not including the jigsaw blade ($3) or sanding pad for grinder ($1.50).

As for Burnout, you need to have the PS3 wireless controller turned off... turn the PS3 on usin the button on the console, then just start the game using the G25 and all works. The start button is the 3rd red button from the left on the shifter stick. Took me all of a minute to work this out lastnite but it was worth it, soooooooooo much fun ask Camlew we raced with him for several hours.

Yeh we are considering making a batch of 10 of them to sell... we just gotta finish the prototype first then will make up a final set of plans to build and what not... Only issue is shipping them, cause gotta either ship them assembled (HELL EXPENSIVE) or ship them flatpacked like Ikea stuff.
