Well I was lucky enough to get into the early demo access just last night! (A friend sent over a code from the U.S). I played about 3 hours of multiplayer and all I can say is WOW!! Just to keep it short and sweet here is a quick summary.
pros (so far)
- Destruction (Pretty much anything is destructable! Just launch a grenade or mow it down with rounds from the tanks or chopper)
- Open world non-linear map layout. You'll never take the same route twice! The world is yours to explore (and get some great sniping positions)
- Vehicles! Most seat 2 or more and are extremely effective when blowing enemy cover or getting to a destination with a squad (obviously). Jeeps have radio stations!
- SOUND! The sound is the most amazing I've heard in an FPS! A great depiction of the sounds of war. If you have surround home theatre system, you're in for a treat!
- Credits. In ranked mode you get credits to purchase available unlocks by killing, destroying the whole shebang! Non of the classic rank and unlock, this time you choose!
- Visuals. Graphics are top notch (although COD4 still wins in this category). Explosions are the best I've seen. They're massive and sweet and leave clouds of smoke in the air. Craters are left in the ground from constant plummeting. (At the end of a match the geography takes a completely different turn from when you first start)
- Respawn selection. Just brings variety when you are able to either respawn back at home or with your squad
