Social \ Importing- Customs Tax?

Hi All,
Im importing something from Hong Kong and just wondering if anyone knows if I have to pay Customs Tax? The Item is 1400 in total.

When ever you send something overseas you have to declare what type of item it is and its value. Now in Australia we only have to pay Import Tax if the item/s are of a total value of $1000 dollars or more.
It really Depends on what the people who send it declared its value at.
Cause i bought like 25 PS3 games From a Hong Kong Company Valued at 50 USD each and they reduced the Value of each game on the Import Information so that its total value was under $1000 AUD.
So u might have to pay Import Tax if they wrote the value as $1400.
